Botak has been a reliable and affordable printing supplier over the past few years that we have engaged their services. On the whole, their delivery is also prompt and precise. Most recently, we had overlooked submitting an art file that did not adhere to their printing guidelines. IZ is extremely patient and helpful with what I need. Despite my lack of experience creating artwork, he is able to understand the concepts I want. While he may have other clients to attend to, he will be patient in guiding and helping me. I always hope he will be assigned to my order!
