Had a broken washroom sink and decided to give the company a call. My sister underwent HIP and bought a ton of things from them earlier on and she had a positive experience from pricing, to range of items to customer service. Called them yesterday morning and the person assisting my wife and I was technically proficient and able to guide us along with ease. It was all done via call or WA for exchange of photos. To my surprise they were able to arrange for the drop by later that afternoon. The technicians were punctual, professional and able to get the work done quickly, clean up the residual mess and advise us accordingly. Thoroughly impressed with this company and will be going to them for my home repair matters from now on. While I didn't do extensive price comparison, the fact that they were able to guide me along the process with such ease, such short notice more than makes up for it. Even putting that aside, what I was quoted was very reasonable by my estimation. No hard selling nor the typical condescending tones I get from other past experiences.

I would like to commend Mosharof for his work. He is knowledgable and very helpful. We have engaged Kian Shen as our plumber for a few years and each time they do a thorough job in checking for all our drainage before leaving. He is definitely a gem to the company, and I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs !
