Pizza Hut

I would like to share the other side of the story of what happened yesterday on 8/11 whereby the manager on duty has came out the first time to tell the customer that they are not allowed to eat their takeaways as a dine-in. From what i see, he had clarified with them and yet they still continued to eat those takeaways despite the clarification from the manager. He certainly did not hurled any profanities towards her publicly and i feel he did the right thing by walking away so as to not escalate the matter. I am too a part of FNB line so i hope there is no one sided decisions. It is not easy to be facing such unreasonable customers. Keep up the good work musa. Stay strong.

the waiter was really nice and patient!! really dedicated to serve customers and jokes around too. should come to westmall pizza hut!! the staff are really friendly! always having a good time when i come

This Pizza Hut outlet is quiet and nice. Staff is courteous and friendly, allowing us to change pizza though we are at fault for ordering the wrong pizza.
