I highly recommend Baoxian. I had been in severe back pain for 1 year since giving birth and feel so much better. I was so surprised at how quickly she assessed and treated the issue. My range of movement and pain improved after the first session! (Although I needed a few more) Exercises and stretches she prescribed were all simple and effective. Will definitely be back!.

Managed to get an evening slot on the same day when I’ve injured my lower back. I was able to walk properly after a session with Baoxian and she has given me simple exercises that’s suitable for my hectic lifestyle. Also, she followed up with me a few times after our session (even though I’m not a regular!). Highly recommend Baoxian if you’ve any injuries!.

We are really grateful to have Bao Xian who has helped my mum a lot in her journey towards recovery. She is able to customize the physio activities to suit my mum's needs and is able to connect well with her. She is also patient and encouraging to my mother, and I hope she continues to be the beacon of light to her other clients. We are still working on her recovery and progress, slowly but surely.
