Review Ambiences: The shop was on the 2nd floor and seemed small at first until you take a looking pass the counter. The grooming room was spacious with an attached wet room. It was bright and I could technically see my cat being groom. There is a bench where you can sit and wait if you choose to do so. Service: Besides the fact that this is a cat only place, the groomer that serviced my cat was friendly and clear with what she will be doing for my cat. I loved that she also took some pictures of my cat after his bath and while he was drying. Overall: As you can see, my cat looked like he enjoyed the session. It was kitty’s first time at the groomers. The previous groomer that I brought him to couldn’t give him a bath because he was too scared of water. I googled online and saw that there were reviews of other cats getting successfully groomed for the 1st time, and decided to give nekomori a try. I messaged nekomori and asked if they were able to handle 1st timers and their reply reassured me that they were prepared to handle him. Arrived on time for appointment and there were two artisans working on other cats. They will message you one hour before to come and pick up your cat. All in all, it took roughly two hours. There are many cafes nearby to while away the time and wait for the session to be over. Thankful for their patience and gentleness in handling kitty!
This was the second time that my baby girl refused to get out of the dryer box cooperatively. However, the professionals at Nekomori did it well as always and handled my girl with patience. Thank you

Passing the shop when traveling. It's just a staff in the shop and I was so surprise when she sudden give me a basket to put all my dog toys and treats even though there were still have other customers to seek for her help or need to do the payment. She had done her best to help every customer. Haven't see hamster before, they are so cute.
Easy to locate . Staff is very nice and helpful with what I need. Come here alot . Staff even helped me pick what was best for my kitten (even double checked for me) super nice.
Small store but had a lot of stuff. The shop attendant was so helpful!
