Physiotherapy Center

I had been seeing Ms. Grace Ho for about a year for a back injury, and have just stopped after recovering from it fully. The services offered are totally worth it in terms of value. I was previously a private patient with SGH, for each session at SGH, I was only allocated about 15 minutes and they misdiagnosed my condition, leading me to do exercises which worsened my condition. I saw an orthopedic that correctly diagnosed my condition and was recommended to Grace for physiotherapy. Each session lasted about 50-60 minutes, and consisted of therapy methods such as massage, tecar therapy and IF therapy. At SGH, there was no massage, no IF and no tecar therapy. It is only about $10 more than what I had paid for at SGH but it provided so much more value compared to what I paid for and received at SGH. Over the course of a year, I found Ms. Grace Ho to be consistent with her fantastic bedside manners in dealing with all her patients. She lectures part time (I forgot the subject but I think it is physiotherapy) and is ever generous with her advice that is not related to my condition, but is relevant to other people in my life. E.g. physiotherapy advice for elderly and children. I enjoy going to her for therapy sessions, I had learned a lot from her and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone with physiotherapy needs.

I first saw Grace for sciatica some years back and was really impressed with her professionalism, experience and bedside manners. She not only took the time to explain how my condition occurred, but also went in-depth with my treatment and rehab plan, as well as preventative exercises and suggestions for strengthening my core. She introduced me to Pilates as a complement to other sporting pursuits and it has changed me tremendously. Since then she's seen me through all my other repetitive strain injuries, plus an ankle fracture from an accident which put me out of action for a few months! Her patient manner and knack for soothing and motivating you undoubtedly helps in expediting even the most difficult roads to recovery. Unlike other physio chain outlets hers is a small nimble practice which provides unparalleled personalized service, as exemplified by Grace, her team and friendly reception. She’s my go-to physiotherapist - I've recommended her to many of my family and friends, and will gladly continue doing so. Look no further!.

Been there yesterday after having groin pain. Been treated by the staff which lead by Grace Ho. She is a true professional and I really happy for the decision go there. Highly recommended!.
