I have a slip disc c5c6 problem 20 years ago, and cause very serious neck pain when flare up. I know Grace since then, and she is able to locate the correct stiff muscle and do the necessary physio treatment. Special thanks to Cheryl, who treated stiff neck by the physio massage to loosen up my stiff neck, I feel so much relief. Highly recommended for people with chronic pain due to slip disc.

I have been going there regularly since 2011 for my back, shoulders and legs pain, and I have never been disappointed by the services given by Grace Ho. She is an excellent physiotherapist no doubt. 200% recommended.
