I visited PhysioActive active recently, as I had been struggling with pain in my forearms. Louis provided first class treatment and was quick to identify the route cause of my discomfort. As a keen gym goer, the treatment I received, prioritised my recovery, whilst also allowing me to progressively get back to the training I had previously had to put on hold. I would highly recommend PhysioActiv who I have used whilst recovering over the past six months of shoulder cuff surgery. Louis Platt was absolutely brilliant and he gave me a series of exercises to use at home that helped me back to full recovery. He adapted the exercises as my shoulder got stronger and I am so happy to be back racing in an outrigger team for Hawaii this August.
