I was referred to Physio+ by an orthopaedic doctor for a knee injury. When I had another accident, Yan ping was able to quickly diagnose and fix my pelvic misalignment. The exercises done are effective. Her sessions are always fun and I look forward to her high energy and chatty personality. Meeting Yan Ping was life changing for me, definitely recommend.
