I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and have been seeing Laura for close to 2 months now for my Pelvic Pain. She is very knowledgeable and gentle! She makes me feel at ease for all my visits. She is also friendly and funny! Since seeing Laura, I don't have much pain anymore and the exercises that she gives are also manageable and easy to do! Highly recommended if you have any pre or post natal problems esp pelvic or back pain!.

I love Laura. She explains very well what is wrong and how to rectify. Her manual therapy is also very effective.

Im currently on their diastasis healing program and 8 weeks postpartum. I was drawn to the fact that they did home visits which took the stress away of going out to the city with a newborn. Helen was my physio therapist and she was helpful and informative. We had a few practice runs and before she moved on to the next step, she ensured that I was doing it correctly, patience as well.
