I first visited Dr Isabelle in April due to shoulder pain, as I was experiencing discomfort during overhead shoulder workouts. She was very attentive and patient, and was able to accurately identify the issue and treat it effectively. She also recommended helpful stretches to improve my mobility. I returned for a second session and noticed a clear improvement in my condition. I later went back again for ankle discomfort, and Isabelle was once again able to treat the issue successfully. I’m really glad to have met Dr Isabelle. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m very pleased with her service and can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Went for two sessions with Physiotherapist Nicholas Ho to treat my chronic back, hip and L sciatic pain- after falling down in a badminton tournament. Really found great relief in my pain, improvements in my sleep and overall mobility! Was able to sleep a whole lot better after the sessions. He was very knowledgeable & thorough with his assessments, movement screens & gave clear explanations regarding the issues to address. He is also very skilful and precise with his dry needling treatment techniques - was quite comfortable and not needlessly painful - and still effective!
