Likeable Pets

Awesome service and very smooth booking process, will definitely book again. The booking process was simple, I simply WhatsApp and the person gave all the information and made arrangements for the appointment. Mela was the groomer and she texted beforehand to let me know what to prepare (towels, broom for sweeping the fur etc). She arrived promptly and did the setup and asked the trim that I wanted beforehand. She handled the cats well, had music to soothe them and everything was like clockwork and she got everything done quickly. Payment was after grooming.. no complaints and I would definitely engage them again! This was a much better experience compared to other groomers I’ve engaged in the past.

My kitten's first time in experiencing full grooming including shower! The groomer Mela, is very professional and patient in handling my anxious kitten. The whole grooming process took about 1h and I'm totally happy and satisfied with the outcome!

This was my cat’s first grooming session with Mela. He is wary of new people yet he responded quite well to Mela who turned up punctually ;complete with a grooming table and kit. Despite a bit of cranky growling , my cat cooperated while Mela groomed him. I like how efficiently Mela quickly trimmed his nails, shaved his fur and bathed him. Fuss free and easy to book.
