Trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest. Very fortunate to have gotten to know both Peter & Sammi through our common interest in pursuing for better ways to improve the livelihood of chinchillas in the Singapore community. Not only have they shared many valuable insights based on their own past experiences on how and/or why certain things are non-negotiable when it comes to chinchilla keeping, I can safely and confidently vouch that their advice & recommendation works! Perhaps it has taken me a long time to pen this review - however my trust in them have not wavered from the first time I learnt of this shop since I started keeping chinchillas in the year 2018. I am a repeat customer and also proudly regard them as my most trustworthy friends when it comes to everything chinchilla related. Ipets online is a Super underrated shop. My aunt just purchased their twin oak Timothy hay and her chins love it a lot ! Sammi is a nice and kind lady who would answer my queries she’s also really passionate and gives honest advice about chinchillas as well and I’d highly reccommend pets online to anyone who’s interested in getting a chinchilla.

I always get my rabbit and chinchilla food n snacks from them. They know what is the gd for them n they will always share their knowledge regarding chinchilla and rabbits. I will always send my rabbit there to groom as I find the price is reasonable.
