We brought our puppy who had been at other groomers and we knew we hadn’t found the right fit yet but here is different! From the beginning Elise was so helpful to understand what we were looking for in her cut and listened to our prior issues. The whole team was professional, so friendly and we could tell our pup had a positive experience as her demeanour after pickup was light and happy. The team wrote us with updates, asked our preference and explained any additional fees before going ahead. We appreciate the transparency and attention to detail. Overall wonderful experience, will recommend to our other friends

What differentiates a good groomer and an excellent groomer is the passion and care they provide for the pets they’re grooming, and I have to say I trust them 100% with my dog! Elise has been exceptional. When my dog had ringworm, she checked in on how she was doing and also tried finding mobile groomers who could help cut my dog’s fur. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with Bailey’s fur!

Been sending my dog to Dirty Dogs for more than a year. The groomers are always very attentive to his needs, and he never looked stressed while there. They will also keep me updated with photos on areas I need to take note of. Highly recommended!
