I was super impressed by Ker Sin. She is professional and incredibly loving to animals. She took great care of my cat for the basic grooming package. What touched me the most was I initially asked for the full grooming package via Whatsapp booking. When I took my furkid there, Ker Sin advised that the basic grooming package is sufficient as my furkid is still young and doesn't have the volume of fur which requires a full cut. Highly recommended to all fur parents and I will definitely go back again.
Groomer was very friendly and patient with the doggos, making sure to ask in detail about the kind of cut. She will update us about the doggos and we can see that the doggos are very happy as they get to run around instead of being cooped up for the entire grooming session.
Glad we tried out this groomer. They are knowledgeable and responsive in communication. Our dog completed his grooming fresh and happy.
