I engaged Syazani for a car fumigation to eradicate a cockroach infestation. a few weeks later, I took his recommendation to do a follow up fumigation to kill any remaining eggs and break the cycle. Following that, I engaged him for our house when we suspected carpenter ants. It turned out to be something else, and he sprayed insecticides to flush out the ants and confirm that there was no nest. More than anything, his diagnosis was thorough, and he took the time to investigate and understand what was going on before doing anything. He is highly communicative / responsive, extremely easy to work with, explains difficult concepts simply, and most importantly, is passionate and dedicated to his craft (not easy to find someone as passionate about pest control as he is!). He goes beyond his scope and even gave recommendations about cleaning the house, organizing my countertop, and what degreasers to buy. My car is completely cockroach free, and my kitchen is well on its way to being ant-free. I highly, highly recommend EndPest to anyone - don't bother shopping around or wasting your time getting quotes. Pest control is no laughing matter and no joke. Make sure you get an expert who knows what he is doing and engage them fast.
