BoBoChaCha Balloon Pte Ltd

First time ordering from Bobochacha and was very satisfied! Decided on a bunch of simple helium balloon clusters as we were out at an event space and wasn't too sure about set up and tear down of backdrops. They were super prompt and helpful with queries / customisation confirmations leading up to event day. On the actual day I was running late to the venue for set up and they very kindly helped to liaise with the event space team to receive my balloons for me. Super surprised to see them drop by just before my event started to help touch up some balloons (I thought they looked okay but they felt otherwise!) Attention to detail was top notch! Will recommend for future events and parties!

This is my second time ordering the balloons from BoBoChaChaBalloon and like the first time experience, ordering was hassle-free, response was prompt and delivery was on time (and slightly earlier, no issue on that as we usually opt for the earliest delivery time). For the first time order, we ordered a preset theme shown on their website and the second time, we did 'customisation'. Both times, we were satisfied with the end products. Will not hesitate to order again from them for any upcoming celebration events. :).

A wonderful experience and supporting team who accepted my order despite it was a super last minute request! Order at 11.30am and all items was delivered at 1.30pm. The colours were exactly what we wanted, a blue colour theme and the outcome was so beautiful! Thank you for the exceptional service and beautiful flowers+balloons!
