First time visit this centre.service by Mr eu jin,him is very kind and patient and clear explanation.what surprised me is after sales service ,and I purchased a contact lens from them,but i worry may feel uncomfortable,they give me 1 extra pair to try first and if it works just open up the boxes to use them ,if feel uncomfortable they allow me to exchange..they care of customer care is next level ..Highly recommended.
Drs Raymond and Eujin are the kindest. We are from the Philippines and everytime we are in SG we get my son's spectacles from them. They are very accommodating and prices are reasonable too. They take their time to explain what can help the patient and give suggestions, you can see that they really do care and are concerned about their customers eye health.
Doctor Raymond is very patient with my 5 years old and we have a very good experience with his eye exam. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.
