Had a SOS visit due to an inflammation in the eye. My condition was treated with professionalism as the optician explained my condition patiently. He made sure I had a follow up visit before my contact lens collection. This place is going to be my new to-go neighbourhood optician! The store is bright, neat and clean too. Does provide a homely feeling.
5 stars for Mr Foo who patiently spent time to prescribe a suitable RGP lens for me. I've had refractive surgery before so it was not an easy task. I was rejected by 2 opticians who did not think it was worth their time doing it. Rather disappointed though, that there was no follow-up in how I was adjusting to the lens, I whatsapp the shop but there was no reply.
Been coming here to make my spectacles for more than 10 years. Always satisfied with the quality, and especially the service. Uncle who owns the shop is very kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
