Fantastic service by Jasslyn/Jesslyn in Nov 2023! I broke my Lenskart glasses by accident and asked for a replacement. I thought I had warranty because I bought them in April 2023. Jesslyn helped me contact her bosses and asked. I didn't get a replacement, but her following-up with me on WhatsApp and serving gracefully made my day. Lenskart should promote Jesslyn!

We met Kendrick and his colleague in the shop. Kendrick the optician is very professional and make sure the check is throughout and go the extra mile to help to change out a frame that might not be suitable for the progressive lens. We would really recommend Kendrick. Great service! Thank u!
