Consulted the staff Annie about my astigmatism and she did a very quick check for me . Advised on what lenses I should get and which frame that suit me . Even though I am a fussy guy with frames Annie was very very patient and shown professionalism in assisting me and I settled with a limited edition Ray Ban frames. Annie is not pushy and won't hardsell you for expensive products , she takes my budget into consideration and chose the best frame and lenses for me! Upon collection and only after going back home I realized there was a deep scratch on top of the frames . Went back to the store immediately and the manager Wendy did not hesitate to exchange it for me . No questions asked and she was happy to let me pick one for myself! As the frame was too tight and the staff who is able to solve this was not in so I came back on Monday. On Monday , William helped me with changing the lenses into a new frame . His adjustment fits like a glove on the first try , he even went out of his way to polish and clean the glasses . Truly a an expert and professional. Such an amazing shopping experience despite being a neighborhood store . I will travel from east to west if I have to , just to enjoy this experience again!! As a first timer wearing contact lens, I would definitely recommend coming here! Staff wendy was super patient when she taught me how to correctly wear the lens even though it took a while for me to get the hang of it. Great service and thank you for your help!.
