This was my first visit to this optical shop to have a new pair of glasses made. Mr Cheong welcomed me and immediately noticed that the angle of my old spectacles' legs was incorrect. He quickly adjusted them, which significantly improved their fit and comfort—something I did not realise for a long time. Mr Cheong then took time to explain the condition of my eyes in detail. He performed a series of thorough tests, ensuring I fully understood the results, and carefully recommended a solution that struck a good balance between quality lenses and affordability.The shop also provided me with a temporary pair of glasses at no extra cost, allowing me to adjust to the new prescription before receiving my final pair. All the staff, including Mr Cheong, a younger staff, and the shop owner, were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

This optical shop has been our family’s go-to for years, spanning three generations—from my mom to me, and now my daughter. The same friendly aunties and uncles have been welcoming us with warmth and professionalism all these years. Their service is top-notch, and they truly care about their customers. Highly recommended!
