Excellent service here! From registration to getting my eyesight checked to getting my spectacles, the staff who attended to me were very patient. They even gave me a free bottle of lens cleaner as an apologetic gesture as 1 of the spectacles which I bought faced some delay and I could only get them next week.

Had a lovely experience today. Eye check was smooth, and getting the frame+lens was a breeze. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Will be back for my next pair of specs :).

I would like to file a complaint against the glasses store. Here is what happened: I had my glasses made the other day. Since one item was out of stock, it was ordered and I was supposed to pick it up today. I bought two pairs of glasses that day, and they treated customers with great enthusiasm at the time. However, when I went to pick up the out-of-stock item today, upon entering the store, they ignored me. They only communicated with new customers and did not even greet customers like me who were there for pickups. After waiting for a while, a female staff member turned around and told me to wait, then immediately turned back to continue explaining and talking to new customers. For about ten minutes, they completely ignored my presence. After waiting a bit longer, I left to continue my shopping. When I returned, the staff member came over to ask for the receipt without acknowledging me—just extending their hands to indicate they wanted the receipt. I feel that their service attitude needs improvement. It seems they are more attentive to new customers, while customers who return for pickups are left waiting without proper service. - Sally Reply
