I walked into their store to have my eye glasses’ frame to be fixed (major dent on one of the sides). It was my first time visiting the store. I was attended by Sim. He is very nice and welcoming. The service is fast, good, and of high quality. My specs came out good as new. Customer service is superb, and I even got the repair free of charge even my warranty was already expired.
