My frame was damaged but fortunately with Owndays Care, it was replaced free of charge during my visit to Owndays Waterway Point Branch. The staff were all well trained, polite, helpful and professional. I really appreciate their kind assistance, especially the branch manager, in getting my damaged frame replaced. Their service excellence really sets themselves apart from past branches i been to. This prompted and inspired me to get another pair of frame from them. Kudos for the good work!
