Recommended by friend to walk-in. Spoke to Gigi who spent hours helping me choose the correct frame, explain Zeiss lens, did eye check, took frame on face 180° photos and the focal point on new frame marking. Took the Zeiss lens for outdoor use and the vision is true to their words. My vision had been deprived of such clarity for a long time. Also took a house brand for work use om another frame and it was also great. I went there 3 times and was served by various other staff who were also passionate in their work.

I would like to commend Jasmine Lee at the Jurong point outlet for her excellent service. She was very detailed and friendly throughout our visit. Jasmine conducted the eye examination professionally and took the time to clearly explain our eyesight results to us. Her patience and thorough explanation made the experience both comfortable and informative. Truly great customer service.
