Ms Sruthi from Jurong Point branch is very friendly to approach and has been of great help to my walk-in request. Service at Lenskart has always been superb! Requested to a change to the stoppers of my specs and she changed it right away, and even helped to tighten and aligned my specs. Thank you.

Staffs are friendly and one of them, Mr Alan is very professional when doing eye checking, including providing suggestions and advices for progressive lenses that I need. Prices are so much cheaper for 2 spectacles. Received both spectacles very quickly. Visions are clear for me and don't feel giddy. Great service and thank you very much. Highly recommended.

I went to my appointment from 12pm to 12:30pm with JP Lenskart. I was 15 minutes earlier, as I was unsure of the exact location. Joseph attended to me. All was well until the end of the selection spectacles process; he said he had to attend to another walk-in customer after me. I found it not logical, as my appointment consultation was 30 min, and he said there was a lack of manpower in the morning. Apparently my appointment was 12pm onwards; there were obviously 4 working staff in the outlet when I was there, and the reason he offered was not valid and was insignificant to me. I considered myself a repeat customer of Lenskart, I was really disappointed by his service attitude. He was reluctant to admit that he was wrong when I explained why I was displeased with his work attitude; he just brushed it off. The service staff Joseph who attended to me had an unprofessional attitude and poor work ethic. The manager in charge did not even return my call, as the date of my visit to the outlet was when she was on leave. I was expecting her to do service recovery on their employee's performance and understand I had bad customer service with this Joseph. The manager who is working today also did not bother to call me to find out the situation. Overall Joseph wasted 45 mins of my precious time. I lost confidence in his optical knowledge because he could not suggest a few suitable lenses for me at that point in time. I had a poor experience in Jurong Point outlet. - Charlotte Wu Reply
