Had an extremely pleasant experience through one of the specialist named Wilfred, probably one of the highest service level anyone could have gotten from a spec purchase. He was initiated and capable in providing recommendations that suited my needs. He went to the trouble to fit the various coloured lens to the nearest possible frame I saw from their website so that I could get the right feel to prevent any buyer's regret. Needless to say, a purchase was made because all my concerns were allayed and responded to.
