I would like to compliment Melody from Owndays for her exceptional service. When the glasses I collected didn’t match my actual eye power, she patiently assisted me in rechecking my eye power. Despite the repeated and inconclusive tests, Melody gave me ample time to rest my eyes when I felt tired, showing incredible understanding and care. She also followed through on her promise by personally calling me when my fixed glasses were ready for collection. I’m so happy and thankful for her professionalism and dedication. Thank you, Melody, for going above and beyond.

Chris was such a patient gentlemen from the Takashimaya outlet, as I was having lots of troubles with getting my license, he held firm to make sure I am getting the right lenses. Thank you Chris.
