Lenskart Jewel Changi

I went to Lenskart at Jewel on 18th April at 5 pm. Darren and Antony were there. Antony was helping with my glasses and he showed excellent customer service. He was patient and gentle and gave all sorts of suggestions even though I was taking a while to make my decisions. Darren, on other hand, saw that my toddler was fussing with my husband so he was trying to help soothe her. Antony did a very thorough check of my eyes and even informed me that my old pair of glasses were too strong! Kudos to the five star service these two gave my family and I. Will return again.

Excellent service provided by Wai Kiat. Wai Kiat tested my eyes thoroughly and recommended a lowered prescription to reduce the eye strain I was having. Ordered two frames under the 1+1 offer and later changed my mind to exchange one of them for another frame for my wife. Wai Kiat co-operated throughout the process with a lot of ease and exchanging the 2nd pair for a new pair for my wife has been a breeze. I've been a Lenskart customer for close to a decade (started buying from them when they first opened in India) and the service, quality and variety of products, user experience on the app, hi-tech diagnostic facilities and speed of delivery have not dropped all these years. Thank you Wai Kiat and Lenskart.

Staff Darren was very patient and friendly! We stayed past operating hours but not once did he rush things and was still very meticulous with all the details and everything. Definitely went the extra mile. 11/10 service! Thank you!
