First Eyewear Centre

I have two strong observations for this business. Firstly, the opticians are very experienced and very methodical when testing my eyes. No rushing. Secondly, and equally as important, I stepped on my frames by accident needed to have them replaced - about $250. I made an appointment with the shop to do this but when I arrived, the optician said he can fix the damaged frames. He spent 20min of his time doing this. There was no charge for this service. I am very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this shop. Thank you.

I had left my eyewear cleaning cloth in Cambodia where I am residing and was looking for something to clean my glasses Stumbled upon First Eyewear Centre along East Coast Rd. I was recommended a few options . They were being my budget. The counter gentleman kindly gave me a cleaning cloth and said " no charge" Am overwhelmed by his kindness.

Been coming to this team for a decade now. Service and advice always excellent. Product has been uniformly good in my experience. They view the customer relationship as ongoing, and have been happy to help with adjustments and quick fixes to eyewear as needed. Everyone needs relationships like these. Would recommend.
