Mr Chan from bedok mall owndays gave me and my husband a very helpful and positive service. He welcomed us and approached us in friendly manner and gave his best knowledge :) Eventhough we came in at a late timing, he assist us throughout gave his effort to help us to get our spectacle. i would like to praise him for his wonderful service!

Staffs are friendly, helpful and professional at the Bedok Mall branch. They are patient and even helped me to adjust and cleaned my old pair of glasses. I just fixed a brand new pair of progressive and transitional glasses ! Thanks for the good services rendered.
