After trying out a few pairs, I could really feel the difference. She guided my wife and me in choosing the right lenses and frames that suited us perfectly. Ivy, the optician, was also amazing. She could tell when I was uncertain and helped me find the ideal prescription and stylish frames that balanced both aesthetics and vision needs. Great service from ondays. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Will always come here whenever I need to fix my spec and will always be greeted with cheerful smiles. Wonderful experience and surely would recommend to everyone!

Human's service is very good although my spectacles is not from Owndays, he is still is very helpful. I am very happy with the service provided, next time I want to buy spectacles here .
