We had an excellent experience with Jie Qi at Better Vision Northpoint. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring while teaching my daughter how to wear contact lenses for the first time. As a parent, I really appreciated how she explained every step clearly and calmly, making sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident instead of rushed or nervous.

Clueless and randomly walked into Better Vision with my broken sunglasses. Jieqi attended to me, asked me to give her some time to find the right screw for my glasses.
