First time trying out OwnDays and happy with their services. Thank you, Optometrist, Weihao, for the reassuring eye check and kind assistance with the frame style selection. They have a pretty selection, even for light-weight ones, and there is also a Japanese handmade frame section. The company made their own transition lens with, I think, six colors to choose from. Pricing is reasonable. I received an SMS notification when the glasses were ready, and pickup was a breeze, well assisted by Elly. The degree information was printed on a card for my keeping. Excellent post-purchase customer service. Metal frame rusted after 8 months and shortsightedness worsened slightly, was given new frame and lens under the free warranty. Special thanks to Yi Rui for making the process fast and smooth. She also suggested and helped to laminate the temple area of the frame to prevent rust.

Staffs are very helpful and so grateful for their service. They helped me do my glasses within minutes. I juz lost the glasses on new year night and they gave me chance to see the fireworks for this year .
