I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to the staff on Blk 1, level 3, for their patience, understanding, and assistance provided to my brother, who is an incapacitated patient. Jayson, one of the nurses in charge on level 3, consistently updated me on my brother's condition, offered valuable advice, and, most importantly, provided reassurance. His professionalism and expertise in his field are commendable. Thank you Jayson.

My family was very happy and satisfied of the services provided by the Admin staff also the floors’ Medicare staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated their kindness and understanding.

Thank you to the nursing team that took great care of my sister till she pass on. Thank you for all the patience and hard work.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to United Medicare Centre, Toa Payoh, Block 2, Level 5 for their excellent nursing care and services provided to my late mother Teresa Chan Lai Keng during her stay. I would like to commend the nursing team for their attentiveness, professionalism, patience, compassion and dedication in attending to my mum's needs. The staff consistently treated her with dignity, respect and kindness while ensuring that her comfort and well-being were properly cared for. Special thanks to Khatrina, Larissa, Paulo, Alex and Azira, together with all the Nursing Aides, RCA's and Therapy Aides for their commitment and valuable support. Their teamwork and caring approach provided our family with reassurance and peace of mind during a difficult period. Although our mother has since passed away, our family remains deeply grateful for the care and kindness extended to her. We would like to thank the entire team for taking good care of Teresa and making her stay as comfortable and dignified as possible.
