I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to the staff on Blk 1, level 3, for their patience, understanding, and assistance provided to my brother, who is an incapacitated patient. Jayson, one of the nurses in charge on level 3, consistently updated me on my brother's condition, offered valuable advice, and, most importantly, provided reassurance. His professionalism and expertise in his field are commendable. Thank you Jayson.

My family was very happy and satisfied of the services provided by the Admin staff also the floors’ Medicare staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated their kindness and understanding.
