NTUC Health Senior Day Care

My father in law has dementia and attended the care centre daily for several years. The centre manager Ms Yoke Cheng and her team in particular the supervisor Mr Ivaane, Nurse Natasha, Nursing aides Charmaine and Karen, are in close communication with us, always helpful with his diet, medication and fluid restriction, observant about his health, motor skills and wounds. They are very patient and treat the elderly with respect and care. My father in law has enjoyed the activities especially the mahjong games in the centre. We are thankful for their support and kindness.

My dad has dementia and thanks to the centre, it has given him much joy and entertainment such as games, interactive group activities that keep him engaged and helped improve his well being. Would definitely recommend this centre to similar needs silver folks. Special thanks to Ms Yoke Cheng for close communication with me on schedules, listening to my special requests and she has never say no and always there when I needed help. Special thanks to all the centre team members for being so attentive and caring to my dad on hygiene, health observation etc.. So thankful.

My mum attended dementia care for more than 5 years. Thanks the staff for their care and attention to my mum needs e.g. fluid restrictions, food allergy and medicines to take. She enjoys the games and happy with the prizes she won. She will happily show off her prizes to me. Thanks Yoke Cheng, Ivanne, nurse Natasha and the team for your care and love to my mum.
