NTUC Health (Chai Chee)

I am writing to commend Paraoan John Francis Abitong, the staff nurse at NTUC Chai Chee Nursing Home, who has been caring for my elderly father, Lim Tiong Sim. Nurse Francis has provided exceptional care, showing great compassion, professionalism, and dedication. He consistently goes above and beyond his duties, ensuring my father is comfortable and well-tended to at all times. His attentive and respectful approach has greatly contributed to my father’s well-being, helping him maintain his dignity and quality of life. Nurse Francis is always patient, taking the time to listen to my father’s needs and concerns, and addressing them promptly and efficiently. Additionally, Nurse Francis’ warm and friendly demeanor has been a source of comfort for our family. He communicates effectively, keeping us well-informed about my father’s health status and any necessary treatments. His ability to connect with my father on a personal level has made a significant difference in his overall experience. We are deeply grateful for Nurse Francis’ outstanding service and unwavering commitment to his patients. He truly exemplifies the qualities of an exceptional healthcare professional, and we feel fortunate to have him caring for our loved one at NTUC Chai Chee Nursing Home. I would like thank all the staff and nurses on level 8 (chaichee) that had nursed my grandma Lee Pak Tian for the last 5 years since she had stroke 5 years ago. She has now passed on peacefully. A very very great great big thank you for ur all patience and kindness especially during the covid period that you have shown her. I believe that she also had a great experince living in the home with all you Angels. I don't know how to thank you all but I am really really very appreciative That all you have done for her! Once again thank you all so so so much!.
