After reading the past reviews here, I feel a need to do justice to this nursing home and their committed staff, especially those who are very dedicated in the dementia ward. My mother just celebrated her 80th birthday and this is her 3rd year residing in Bt Batok Care Home. She is bedridden with dementia. Prior to her transfer to this home, she was mistreated in one of the well known nursing homes in Queenstown. Her nightmare ended after a MSW in SGH helped us to transfer mom to Bt Batok Care Home. This home is run in a very systematic and orderly manner. The home is very well equipped and the staff dynamic is great. The caregivers, nurses, therapists and doctors are very caring, patient and detailed. A big THANK YOU to the management and staff of Bt Batok Care Home!
