United Medicare Centre

Thanks to all the staff in United Medicare at Elizabeth Drive. We first met with Lin the social worker that assisted my mom, Susie Quack into the nursing home, I am grateful to her for the arrangement. The front desk personnel that were always so accommodating whenever I flew in to see her. All the staff are dedicating and professional. Special thanks to all the staff at 2nd level who have been providing wonderful services to my dementia mom. Although she no longer knows me, but the arrangement of a weekly WhatsApp video call let me feel so grateful that she is in good hand. I can't said enough my gratitude towards all of them. Thank you for the support I received for my mom.

We have to put our father in the home nearly a year ago as his dementia progressed to a level that he needed close care. The last few months were especially difficult as his health started to deteriorate. The staff of the home were very patient with him and with us during this difficult period. We like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of them.

My mom was there for the respite care services while our helper was away. The overall experience was good. They were responsive and the physiotherapist gave my mom some balance exercises which improved her condition.
