I was at Compass one at about 11.30am. Crowd at complex was building up. Lunch. Singtel was not crowded but manageable. The staff was very professional and patient. All customers had problems yet the staff were cordial and steady. Well done.
Very fast service. Went there to get a nfc sim and got it done within 5 mins. Partly thanks to the off peak time i went i guess.
Bought new phone, helped to sync data from old phone to new phone, setup WhatsApp, etc and no charge for changing old SIM to new SIM using Singtel-UOB credit card.
