I appreciate the assistance I received from Evan during the late afternoon I visited at your Compass One branch. Evan was extremely patient and knowledgeable with his response to the elderly man’s numerous questions who queued before me. I could not make outgoing calls due to a glitch with my SIM card. After assisting me to check with the customer service department, the issue was resolved in no time at all. I am pleased with Evan’s reassuring demeanour and service.
Was attended to by Ms Maggie at M1 Compass One outlet; she was helpful and attentive to our needs, offering multiple solutions that catered to these needs. Will be back in the future!
