Had dark screen with lines on ipad pro 12.9 gen 4: lcd down. Unable to reset! Was not sure if it is lcd or motherboard issue. So it was great to have this "no repair no charge" policy from Mister Mobile. They tried w 2 lcd and finally got it working on 2nd try : confirmed it is lcd hardware issue (original 4 yo ipad pro). MUCH cheaper than repair with apple where diagnostic alone will cost $. (If the 2nd try had failed, no charge to me tho they spent much time on the ipp!)It took 3 days for Mister Mobile (had to get the replacement lcd from another outlet after first try failed) and now the ipp is working perfectly even w my 3rd party pencil stylus (can scroll and draw!) though they said may have issues w stylus. Main thing is that I got access to the photos and docs inside: apple account reported no attempts to login before I arrived after they put in a new (not original of cos) working lcd. Am V happy the ipp is working again. Best thing is that MM staff are all very pleasant to deal with: always v professional, knowledgeable and always smiling. The service online w transparent clear pricing with no extras (compare to apple online which gave $400-900 quote: what??!), and the very responsive whatsapp service is also great! 10 stars!
