Had to replace my iPhone battery. Found the place online and the instructions were easy to follow. They had detailed instructions on how to get to the branch and what to do. Making an appointment online was straight forward and communication to confirm the appointment was prompt - I could even bring forward to an earlier time slot after they checked for availability. The replacement took about 1.5 hours and was ready by the time specified. And they even gave me tips on how to take care of the battery life for future purposes. Highly recommend!

Went there to sell my phone and before going called the person in charge regarding the price. Person in charge was nice and too told me price is good to sell now and offered a good price. When reached the store at JE the staff is nice and fast is dealing. Hassle free and no hidden charge. Thumbs up for the great service
