I was at M1 IMM a few days ago because my phone was lost. I want to specially thank Ming Ho for his professionality and extreme patient. His service was brilliant and efficient, I got my new SIM and mobile phone and signed a new mobile plan, also got my home FBB plan upgraded. Was trying to settle some phone subscription issues for 5 phone lines for my family members. We had so many queries as we didn’t quite understand many things about the plans . The staff , Rax Ling was so chill and patient when he tried to clarify our doubts and at the same time, he explained so clearly to us more about the phone plans. Ming Ho was very attentive and patient . We took quite a long time choosing the number but he always say take our time . Thumb up for his attitude.
