Syoujin has exceptional customer service and skilled therapists who are great at pain relief management for lower back pain. Special mention to Manager Jean and Therapist Xiao Hui Jie for always taking the time to patiently listen to my issues and then accurately diagnosing a treatment to alleviate the pain. After a treatment, I can immediately feel a difference - my body is less tense and definitely feeling more relaxed. Place is very clean and convenient (near the Chinatown MRT). The only recommendation would be to increase the room size as it can be quite small.

The phone booking was very polite and efficient. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. Place is very well equipped, clean and professional. I did a bojin facial and was served by Fanny who did a very good job. From the facial extraction to the bojin, it was very professionally and skilfully done. I am most delighted and impressed because I visited as a first-timer on their trial promo and Fanny did the process for me very thoroughly, giving me a full experience from start to end as stated like what one would receive at normal price.

My facial therapist was Fanny Foo, she was very knowledgeable and professional with the products and was able to answer my questions and queries to clear my doubt. The skills she carry with her was impeccable hence I believe she deserves to be recognised.
