Tried their oxygen facial today which is reconditioned by the beautician Ah Mei that suits my sensitive skin. She is very nice and very skillful. Recommend to look for her, very satisfied with her skills.

Been doing my facials here for over a year thanks to my wonderful beautician, Xin Xian. Would say the prices are reasonable, and I've seen some improvement from when I just started.

I had the opt for UA, and I had the facial as well. Xin Xian skilfully handled it, she’s very professional and passionate. I’m always at ease every session.

I recently found out during my visit last week that Eudora Beauty & Wellness has been taken over by another company. Unfortunately, my existing package purchased under the previous management no longer seems to be fully recognized by the new company. I was informed by the sales staff that I would need to top up at least another $1,000 in order to continue fully utilizing the package I had already paid for, which I found very unreasonable and disappointing. As a result, my existing package is now effectively unusable. To make matters worse, the sales lady at the counter was quite rude and dismissive after I declined to sign up for the additional top-up package. Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and misled as a returning customer. - Laura New Reply
