Had an amazing experience with the cryoglow lifting facial at 8 medi aesthetics Ang Mo Kio outlet. The therapist did an outstanding job, they skills were top-notch and they knowledgeable about both the treatment, products and machines used. I left feeling refreshed, with my skin glowing and rejuvenated. Thank you so much Peng Peng and Casslyn. Highly recommended experience for anyone looking for a high quality facial with them.

BUY 8 MEDI PACKAGES AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration after being a loyal customer of 8 Medi Aesthetics ANG MO KIO since 2001. FYI. I had bought facial, eye, neck and slimming treatments. On 26 Nov 2025, I purchased a treatment package of 40 sessions under a discounted package price. During the consultation, Queenie (consultant) explained the package options, saying 40 sessions is the Maximum number of times and not the Minimum number of times, and at no point was I informed of any restriction on using ShopBack as a payment method. This is important because I have always paid for my 8 Medi packages using Multiple ShopBack payments over time, and this was never an issue before. After making several partial payments via ShopBack, I was suddenly told that ShopBack payments were no longer allowed. This restriction was not disclosed at the point of purchase and only came after I had already paid a substantial amount of money. Despite having paid $3,747.25 out of a total package value of $6,278.40 (about 60%), management (via Nicole from 8 Medi Group management) later informed me that my entitlement (by calculations should be 24 sessions) would be reduced to only 12 sessions, later “increased” to 14 sessions as a so-called goodwill gesture. This is extremely unfair: - I paid close to 60% of the package value - I was offered only 30–35% of the sessions - The calculation was suddenly changed to ala carte pricing per session ($312.27 inc GST), even though I purchased a package, per treatment ($156.95 inc GST), not ala carte treatments What makes this more upsetting is that I was told by Nicole, this is the “final position”, with no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue fairly — despite my long history with the clinic. Stopping a previously accepted payment method After purchase, then using that change to drastically reduce what a customer receives, puts all the disadvantage on the customer and none on the company. Would I want to do anymore business with them? No way! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am sharing this publicly so future customers are aware: clarify payment methods in writing do not assume flexibility based on past experiences be cautious with large packages I truly regret having to write this, but I feel left with no choice after many weeks of back-and-forth with no fair resolution. - Maggie Reply
