Was a walk in customer on weekday. counter staff was highly responsive via web chat and approachable. I have done a full body massage (first time in the spa). Good experience with my massage therapist Katherine. They also take note of my pre existing condition to make sure I am well taken care of. The ambience is good and generally very clean and hygiene. The staff are well equipped and professional. There is minimum hard sell and staff is good in recommending right service for the customer need. Will definitely try other services - and visit again. They are able to accept reservations via WhatsApp or call.

Great facial experience done by Angel today. She took care my skin gently and share her experiences to me on how to take care my skin well daily. Can see great results even only one time facial was done. No hard sales. Comfortable environment with staff attitude. A warm ginger tea served after as complimentary. Will come back in future again definitely.
