I booked an appointment at COSLAB fairly last minute on a weekday and managed to get a 2 hour slot. The staff were prompt and accommodating — Sally managed my appointment at the counter. She was gracious and not pushy about hard-selling any packages. Qi Qi was my masseuse and was very skilled; I had a very thorough full body massage and felt lighter at the end of it. Might pop in again some time.

Went for a recovery massage and prior to that for a deep tissue.. it was the best massage ive had. I have tried multiple places in SG and overseas but my experience here was absolutely amazing as the masseuse was on point. I had terrible back and shoulder pain and she managed to find the right spots and relive the knots and pain. She was kind and paid special attention to my shoulder as I told her I had severe pain. Overall my experience was great and i will surely visit again!!

Ms May is truly a skillful beauty therapist. My skin has become more elastic, healthier looking and more radiant after 04 sessions ( Facial Bojin) compared to the first time I came. .One of the things I enjoy coming here is that the staff truly respect their customers by not hard selling their products or packages.
