I visited Helen jie on the recommendation of a friend due to severe back, neck, and shoulder pain, along with a strained waist that hindered my ability to walk properly. Helen was not only friendly but also adept at identifying and explaining my issues. Following the treatment, I noticed improved internal oxygen flow, allowing for easier and longer breaths. Additionally, the tension in my neck, shoulders, and back muscles was noticeably alleviated.

Helen jie is very good!! Highly recommended therapist!! She can know where is the problem in your body and how to solve it. Been here, and even recommended to bring the elderly, as she can help to heal and balance the body system.

I first went to Helen Jie in August this year for my leg pain. It was so painful that I couldn’t walk for even a short distance. Just after my first session with her I was very relieved that the pain wasn’t that painful. She even discovered some other symptoms in me and managed to treat me. She is just a wonderful and cheerful lady. Still going to her for my follow up therapy. Now my leg pain has recovered. I have recommended my friend to see her and she is also very happy with Helen Jie therapy. - SH
