Healspa The Seletar Mall

Have been with Healthspa (Seletar Mall) for more than a year. Used to have stiff neck which leads to headache even after tuina at other place. My therapist, Nikki, had eased my stiff neck problem and also other parts of my body aches. Body feels loosen up after every massage. She is professional and right on spot to the point. Strength used is just nice to me, very satisfied with her massage. Customer service staff is good too, and will send reminder for bookings. Did not find any hard sell. Yes, any places will also sell their package but if feel like doesn't need it, just reject.

Have been patronized healspa since 2020 and i have been having my massages with Nikki. She is always attentive and professional. She able to accurately identity the acupoints. She was patient in explaining how the injuries linked to other parts of my body and pointed out how i should stretch at home to prevent further injuries. I felt more comfortable each time after my 90mins sessions.

Thanks Nikki did a good job on her massage to me. She is expert and know what her customer needs and request. Good jobs, keep thumps up.
