As a regular customer, I always look for yo-yo when come to body massage. She is a very experienced massage therapist. She always helps me to loosen up my knots around neck and shoulder area, which is so shiok. After each session, feel so relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend.

Visited this outlet on 28 May. After making payment at the counter, I happened to see one of the therapists vaping inside the staff resting area within the outlet premises. The therapist appeared to be doing so very openly, which gave the impression that this may not have been an isolated incident and raised concerns about the outlet’s internal supervision and standards. Before leaving, I informed the receptionist and requested for management to contact me regarding the matter. However, till today, no call was received. The only follow-up was a text message saying that action would be taken against the therapist. What concerns me further is that nobody even asked which therapist it was. This gives the impression that either management does not take such feedback seriously, or that staff are covering for one another instead of properly investigating the matter. Very disappointing experience, especially for a wellness establishment where hygiene and professionalism should be expected. Vaping within the outlet premises also raises concerns about the health and safety of other customers. - Leone Chan Reply
